PRODUCTION TIMELINECustom wigs are produced to order. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for construction and customization unless otherwise stated. Production begins after payment is successfully received and all required information has been provided. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping time is separate from production time. Complex custom coloring or specialty customization may require additional processing time.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDERPlease review your selections carefully before submitting. Once payment has been made and production has begun, changes to length, texture, lace type, cap size, measurements, color, construction or other specifications may not be possible. If a requested change can be accommodated, additional charges and/or additional processing time may apply.
