Overview

Every order is carefully prepared before leaving AKURÉ. Processing and delivery times vary depending on the item ordered, as some pieces are made or prepared specifically for you.

READY-TO-SHIP ORDERS

Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

HAIR EXTENSIONS & LACE

Bundles, closures, frontals, and other hair extensions that are not marked ready-to-ship may require approximately 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Any extended processing time will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

CUSTOM WIGS

Custom wigs require additional time for construction, customization, and preparation. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for your custom unit to be completed and shipped unless a different turnaround time is stated when your order is placed. Because every custom order is prepared according to the selections submitted at checkout, we recommend reviewing all specifications carefully before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of AKURÉ's control.
