These variations are inherent characteristics of natural human hair and are not necessarily considered defects.

Raw hair is collected and prepared with minimal processing, which means natural characteristics can vary from piece to piece.

Individual bundles may not have an identical texture, wave pattern, density, or color tone.

Hair may also respond differently to washing, heat, coloring, bleaching, styling, humidity, and other environmental factors.

These natural differences are part of raw human hair and should be considered before purchasing.

If you choose to color, bleach, cut, chemically process, or otherwise alter your hair, we strongly recommend using a qualified professional.

AKURÉ is not responsible for damage resulting from improper coloring, bleaching, installation, styling, maintenance, or other alterations performed after purchase.

SECTION 4 — PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Some AKURÉ products may be available in limited quantities.

Product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities available for purchase
• Discontinue products
• Modify product specifications
• Change product pricing
• Correct product information
• Decline or cancel orders when necessary

A product being displayed on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available.

Custom wigs are made according to the specifications provided by the customer.

Depending on the service selected, customization may include:

• Other customization requests

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections and providing accurate measurements before production begins.

Incorrect measurements or sizing information provided by the customer may result in a unit that does not fit as intended.

If you are unsure about your measurements or customization selections, please contact AKURÉ before placing your order.

Because custom units are individually made for the customer, custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun. Please review our Return Policy for the applicable requirements.

SECTION 8 — PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the AKURÉ website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

The price displayed at the time your order is placed will generally apply to that order, except where an obvious pricing or listing error occurs.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees may be added during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order affected by a pricing, payment, or product-listing error.

SECTION 9 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing time and shipping transit time are separate.

Processing begins after an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier.

AKURÉ is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Incorrect addresses
• Carrier operational issues
• Holidays
• Customs or international shipping processes
• Events outside of our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

SECTION 10 — LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and, when appropriate, your local authorities.

AKURÉ may assist with providing available order and tracking information but is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

SECTION 11 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FINAL SALE

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair products, certain AKURÉ products may be final sale.

Hair that has been:

• Worn
• Installed
• Cut
• Colored
• Bleached
• Washed
• Brushed or altered
• Styled
• Removed from its original condition

may not be eligible for return or exchange.

If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact AKURÉ within the timeframe stated in our Return Policy and provide the requested information and photographs.

Please do not alter, install, wash, color, or otherwise modify an item that you believe may be subject to a product claim.

Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms and provides the specific requirements applicable to returns, exchanges, and eligible product issues.

SECTION 12 — PRODUCT CARE

Proper care and maintenance are important to preserving the condition and longevity of human hair.

AKURÉ is not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Improper washing or conditioning
• Chemical processing
• Bleaching or coloring
• Improper brushing or detangling
• Improper storage
• Neglect
• Improper handling
• Installation or styling performed by a third party

Customers are responsible for following applicable care instructions and seeking professional assistance when necessary.

SECTION 13 — CUSTOMIZATION & COLOR

Colors displayed on our website may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and individual device settings.

Custom colors, bleaching, coloring, or other chemical services may produce results that vary depending on the natural characteristics and condition of the hair.

AKURÉ does not guarantee an exact color match based solely on an online photograph or digital display.
